Opening Lecture on Green Hydrogen as an Energy Carrier

On the evening of Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the Faculty of Technology at Ibn Al-Haytham Auditorium – Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’Sila, Algeria, organized a remote opening lecture. The lecture was presented by Professor Weld Bouamama Belqassem from the Multitechnology School of Lille, France.

This lecture, the first of its kind in the field of Green Hydrogen as an energy carrier, was held under the supervision of the university’s director, Professor Amar Boudelaa, in coordination with the Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Professor Ben Hamida Mohamed. It was attended by the Deputy Directors of the University for External Relations, Development, and Supervision, as well as faculty members and students of the Master’s program in Green Hydrogen as an Energy Carrier, along with members of the media.

It is worth noting that the opening lecture was coordinated with universities in Setif1, Bouira, and Laghouat, and it included contributions from the Dean of the Faculty of Technology at the University of Laghouat, Professor Shoknan Ali, and Professor Badoud Abdel Salam from the University of Setif, who presented remotely.

It is also worth mentioning that the professional master’s program in Green Hydrogen as an Energy Carrier is the first of its kind in Algerian universities, and it has been introduced by Mohamed Boudiaf University for the academic year 2023/2024.
