معلومات عن المقال The teacher in the educational system in Algeria took a great deal of attention, whether with trying to improve his social status, to develop his career, or about renewing his knowledge and improving his formation. However, the philosophy of education in its vision for the teacher seems a little bit ambiguous in determining the Algerian school goals and the teacher role in achieving them. Which made the specialists wonder with concern about the educational role of the school and the teacher? Is the teacher satisfied, in the light of the current educational philosophy, of orientation, guidance and teaching without the function of education?
