Résumé
The purpose of this study is to identify the contribution’sdegree of the “commandments” system, to reach the quality of the LMD system; We followed the descriptive approach with 20 teachers in M’sila University during of the 2016/2017 year. the study revealed the following results: The pedagogical component obtained the first rank, the information obtained the second, the methodological aspect in the third, the psychological fourth, the professional fifth, the technical side in sixth.
