The Common Core was established by Resolution No. 493 of July 28, 2013.
It defines the common basic education program for bachelor’s degrees.
Specialization Objectives and Training Content
Providing students with basic scientific and technical knowledge that prepares them for subsequent specializations, such as city management or urban engineering.
Preparing students to cope with the rapid changes cities are experiencing in terms of urban, technical, environmental, and administrative aspects.
Empowering students to adapt to ongoing developments in urban management and administration techniques.
Preparing students to choose between available tracks (either city management or urban engineering) based on their interests and abilities, as well as facilitating transfer between universities offering the same program.
