Since its establishment in 1981, the T.H. Institute includes senior technicians in:
– Urban engineering
– Building and architecture
Through this training, the graduate can perform the following tasks:
– Preparing, reading and implementing building plans, architectural equipment, roads and various networks
– Managing and following up on the establishment of various networks (supplying potable water,

Long-term training (5 years) includes training state engineers in city management
