Minutes of Concertation and Coordination Council Meeting N° 154

On Tuesday , July 19, 2022, the CCC meeting No 154 was held, at 14h00, in “Abdelmadjid Allahoum” auditorium, under the chairmanship of the Rector of the University, Pr. Kamel Badari, in the presence of:

The meeting was opened by the Rector of the University of M’sila, Prof. Kamel Badari, after welcoming all the audience. The meeting adopted the following agenda

1/: Signing cooperation agreements:

Within the framework of the university’s openness to its economic and social environment, during this meeting a framework agreement was signed between the University of M’sila and the National Office of Agricultural Lands in the state “ONTA” represented by its director, Mr. Ben Youssef Ben Massoud.

A framework agreement was also signed between the University of M’Sila and the National Office of Sanitation in the state “ONA” represented by the Unit Director, Mr. Zakaria Bouras. Provided that joint committees are formed between the contracting bodies and the university to implement the terms of these agreements.

2/: Handing over training certificates to newly hired professors:

In this regard, the training certificates were delivered according to the form sent by the will of the ministry to the 14 newly hired professors, 10 of whom were employed at the High School of Professors in Bousaada, and 04 professors at the University of M’sila. Talking about employment in professional integration in the university institution, and answering all questions that would facilitate the education process for them.

On this occasion, the professors who participated in the training and accompaniment process throughout the year were honored.

3 /: Status of students’ certificates delivery:

In this regard, a current presentation was made of the status of the readiness of final certificates for students graduating class 2022, according to ministerial instructions.

During this meeting, a presentation was presented by the Coordinator of the Fields Council at the university, Professor Rahmouni Zain al-Abidin, on the annual results of the students of the common trunks for the academic year 2021/2022, and the presentation included the following points:

  1. Regular session results,
  2. Final results after the catch-up session.
  3. Percentage of successful debtors.
  4. The number of students who dropped out of school in the year 2021/2022,.
  5. Percentages and number of repeat students.

4/: Beginning of the year activities:

The process of preparing for the activities of the beginning of the new academic year 2022/2023 was discussed, and the calendar related to the deposit of training offers in the third phase entitled the university year 2022/2033 and preparation for it was received, and presented to the members of the Consultative Coordinating Council by the Vice President of the University for Scientific Research Professor Boudrah Ibrahim, as approved by the willful ministry

5/: The digital platform for electronic acquittal:

In this regard, according to the Director of the Central Library, Mr. Harizi Omar, the electronic acquittal process is still underway to acquit students in the North and South Poles, as the number of acquitted students reached 1792 in the bachelor’s stage, and 1324 in the master’s stage.

6/: Digitization:

Regarding digitization, this week the status of the following digital platforms was discussed:

Electronic sugnature: A current presentation was made for the electronic administrative portfolio platform according to each of the university’s departments, with the total number of this week reaching 69 indicated correspondences.

Complaints and inquiries platform: 12 concerns were received and they are still open and being processed.

Final certificates request platform: 07 new applications were registered for this week.

7 /: Digital Marketing:

In this regard, the official of the Networks Center, Eng. Lakhdari Abdallah, presented a case presentation of the state of the external links of the university’s website for this week, according to each college and institute. The university’s position was also discussed within the Google scholar’s ​​ranking, and a case presentation was presented by Professor Al-Hashmi ben ouadeh, in addition to a case presentation. By Dr. Boudiya Issam for the university’s position within the CEESA classification.

8/: Preserving green spaces:

In this regard, the Secretary-General of the University was heard about the preparations made during the annual vacation of this season to take care and preserve the green spaces inside the university campus.
