Minutes of Concertation and Coordination Council Meeting No 155

On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the CCC meeting No 155 was held, at 14h00, in “Abdelmadjid Allahoum” auditorium, under the chairmanship of the Rector of the University, Pr. Kamel Badari, in the presence of:

The meeting was opened by the Rector of the University of M’sila, Prof. Kamel Badari, after welcoming all the audience. The meeting adopted the following agenda:

  • Activities of Semester 01
  • Correspondence of Dr. Boudia Issam of August 30, 2022
  • Digital Marketing
  • Miscellaneous

 

1/-  Activities of the beginning of university year:

The procedure followed for the preparation of the university entry, decided on September 17, 2022 according to the supervising ministry decision, was presented by the vice-rector of pedagogy, the deans of the faculties and the directors of institutes.

Also, it was mentioned the current preparations for the new admitted students in order to complete the final registrations decided on September 5 to 8 September 2022.

During this meeting, the pedagogical calendar of the beginning of the year is set as follows:

  • Signature of professors entry reports on September 04, 2022
  • Re-registration process from 11 to 15 September 2022
  • Re-integration phase from 11 to 15 September 2022
  • University transfer phase (Baccalaureate before 2022): The internal tranfers take place from 11 to 15 September. External transfers take place from 11 to 22 September 2022.
  • Process of Common-core Students orientation
  • Registration in Master cycle from 11 to 15 September 2022 at the level of faculties and institutes for the category 80% and 20%.

As well as, the ordinary system of education is decided for the new academic year 2022/2023, with the possibility to integrate the e-learning system concerning the horizontal and discovery units.

 

04/ Digital marketing:

In this regard, Prof. Ben Ouadah El Hachemi presented the a the status of the university within the Google scholar ranking. Also, Dr. Issam Boudia made a  presentation of the status of the university in the international rankings.

At the end of the meeting, a presentation was made by the Rector of the University, Prof. Kamal Badari, regarding the administrative calendar of University of M’sila for the academic year 2022-2023; on coordination, consultation, follow-up and evaluation, the establishment of cells and committees …

Many administrative and pedagogical miscellaneous of the university were also discussed, especially related to the readiness and cleanliness of pedagogical structures, the readiness of university residential  hall and the departments of university services, as well as the organization of coordination meetings with various social partners in order to ensure a successful university entry for this year.
