Duties of the Vice-Rectorate
The Vice-Rectorate for Higher Education in the First and Second Cycles, Continuing Education, and Diplomas is responsible for the following:
Monitor matters relating to the conduct of the teaching and training programs organized by the university.
- Ensuring the consistency of the training courses offered by the faculties with the university’s development plan.
Ensuring adherence to the applicable regulations governing registration, re-registration, knowledge assessment monitoring, and students’ progression to the next academic year.
Overseeing the university’s distance learning activities and developing continuing education programs.
Ensuring compliance with the regulations and procedures in force regarding the issuance of diplomas and equivalency certificates.
Ensuring the management and regular updating of the student roster.

Overseeing reintegration processes, resumption of studies, and academic leaves for students.

Digital Workspace (DWS) Digital Workspace platform is a digital space exclusively for university students and faculty members.

Distance Learning (MOODLE) Distance learning, also known as e-learning, is an educational process in which students learn through electronic media, using the internet, video conferencing, and webinars. Distance learning may be synchronous, if all participants are interacting at the same time, or asynchronous, where participants engage with the learning materials at different times.

Weekly Timing (EDT) The weekly timing platform allows students and professors to view their weekly timetable.

Pedagogical Management It is an integrated digital platform for managing educational and administrative processes at the university, designed to improve the quality of education and facilitate student follow-up and academic administration. It handles most university services, such as reintegration, processing academic leave,and enrollment for the third year of a Bachelor’s degree for holders of the University Applied Studies Diploma (DEUA), etc.

Master's Program Enrollment Through this platform, students can apply for admission to the master’s program during the designated enrollment period.

Master's Second-Year Graduation Project Management Platform A unified digital system for tracking graduation projects from proposal to archiving.

Business Incubator Space (BIS) Recording project ideas, especially those related to graduation theses in the form of economic enterprises, through this platform, supervising professors can also monitor the projects they are overseeing.

Final Diploma Request This platform allows past graduates to request their final diplomas without having to travel and to periodically check the status of their request until it is processed by the relevant departments.

Complaints Platform This platform enables users to submit complaints or requests as necessary.

National Framework for Higher Education Certification and Qualifications (CNC) This digital platform is dedicated to the National Higher Education Certification and Qualifications Framework (CNC). The CNC is a national framework designed to describe, classify, and enhance the value of higher education and training qualifications. It is based on qualification levels defined by competency descriptors and learning outcomes, including knowledge, skills, behaviours, communication, and autonomy/resibility, associated with each university degree. The framework also describes the qualifications awarded upon completion of these degrees.

National Digital Portal for Apostille A digital platform dedicated to the authentication of academic documents and certificates of achievement issued by higher education institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in order to obtain an "Apostille Certificate".

Ask me Through this platform, newly enrolled students can submit their inquiries in writing or through video conferencing and receive answers from qualified staff within the timeframe specified on the platform.
