The Department of Education, Training, and Assessment is responsible for the following tasks: :
 1. Follow-up on matters related to the progress of education, training, and assessment.
2. Ensuring the consistency of the training courses offered by the faculties with the university's development plan.
3. Follow-up on the supervision process.
4. Monitoring and comparing the workload of teachers.

Department of Continuing Education

The tasks of the Department of Continuing Education are as follows :
 1. To count the number of students, teachers, and pedagogical structures.
2. To ensure that the regulations in force in the field of registration, re-registration, and student transfer are respected and followed up.
3. To follow up on the distance learning activities offered by the university.
4. To develop continuing education activities.
5. To follow up on pedagogical monitoring cards.
6. To ensure the maintenance and updating of the student list.

Equivalences and Diplomas Department

The tasks of the Equivalences and Diplomas Department are to:
1. Ensure compliance with the regulations governing the issuance and follow-up of certificates and equivalences.
2. Work on the preservation of archives.

Pedagogical Management Platform

It is a platform that enables former students to request their final certificate without the hassle of commuting and to check the status of the request periodically until it is completed by the relevant departments.

It is a platform dedicated to processing the requests of current and former students of the University of M’sila. The candidate can enter his request and check the study result such as: requests for integration, internal and external transfers.

It is a platform dedicated to pedagogical support for third-year high school students. It allows students to ask questions and inquiries and get answers from specialists and teachers.

It is a platform dedicated to the electronic archiving of the files of students of the University of M’sila. It allows the Pedagogical Department to quickly access information and thus to the student’s file, thus promoting the zero paper policy.

It is a platform that allows students of the University of M’sila to submit a request to suspend their studies through their account in the student space, upload the required file, and then have the request processed by the relevant departments.

It is a platform for organizing university departments (administrative and educational) in the digital workspace. It consists of:

Administrative staff: Vice-director, Dean, Vice-deans, Heads of departments, Vice-heads of departments

Teaching staff: Field managers, Department managers, Specialization managers.

It is a sub-platform of the digital workspace that allows teachers, from their professional account, to submit a request to sign the entry and exit minutes at the department level. The head of the department can then review the teacher’s request and approve or reject it.
