Since its establishment in 1985, Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila has graduated large numbers of students in various disciplines. Many of its graduates now hold important positions in various national and international institutions. In order to reconnect with its graduates, Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila has launched this digital space for the purpose of creating the Alumni Network (Alumni) of the university.

Support for current students

The Alumni Network (Alumni) provides an opportunity for all university stakeholders to benefit from the skills and experiences of those who have graduated from it, allowing them to support students, the university, and each other. When a graduate is aware of everything happening within the university and participates in its various programs, they become more loyal to the university and better representatives of it outside, thanks to the marketing and promotional services they offer through their personal and professional networks.

Sharing knowledge and skills

Talented graduates are a rich source of knowledge and skills that can enrich the current students' experience. This can be achieved through organizing conversations, meetings, and training courses, as well as providing opportunities for training in workplaces. Sharing experience contributes to linking education with practical application, and better preparing students for the job market.

Job placement assistance

The Alumni Network has a real benefit for current students, as it works to facilitate the motivation of graduates to also provide some of their valuable time to provide career support for current students. This enhances the students' experience and gives them competitive advantages that their peers in other places may not have to get a job quickly and easily; which is very difficult today.

Counseling and scholarships

Graduates can play a vital and important role in volunteer programs such as mentoring current students in their areas of expertise, contributing to their obtaining scholarships for students who meet the conditions. This pivotal role of graduates is also enhanced through their direct communication with students and sharing their experiences and best practices in a particular field
