Overview of the of Business Incubator of M'Sila University :

The idea of establishing the incubator at the level of the University of M’Sila dates back to the Fall University event on December 12-13, 2018, where the rector of Mohammed Boudiaf University gave preliminary approval for the incubator as a project with economic and social dimensions of the university, and appointed Dr : Mir Ahmed as its director. It was approved by the University’s Board of Directors, where its members approved by an overwhelming majority its draft establishment.

Profile of the Business Incubator Of M'Sila University :

The Business Incubator of the University of M’Sila was established by Ministerial Decree No. 182 of: 27 May 2019, where she is the first business incubator within the university at the national level, It was followed by some Algerian universities in establishing business incubators such as Blida University, Ouargla… etc. Research Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research DGRSDT, Managed by an incubator director appointed by the university administration and sent his file to the National Agency for Valuation of Research and Development Results Technology The incubator manager has the authority to form a project selection committee with a group of professors who work to select and accompany various projects and ideas among young entrepreneurs. The incubator administration also works to form the incubator’s board of directors, which consists of the incubator director, the deputy director of the university for external relations and representatives of: ANVREDET, Directorate of Industry and Mines, National Operating Agency, representatives of the University’s partner economic institutions… etc.

StartUp Graduation Certificate Program: Definition of Startup Foundation Graduation Project
It's a series of training programs in the preparation of business schemes for graduation projects and associated technical processes to transform Bachelor's and Master's graduation projects and PhD students into StartUps.
M'Sila University was the first university at the national level to launch this project during the university year: 2021-2022, during this university year: 2022-2023, the project will be formally approved by the Wills Ministry and applied across all university institutions at the national level. The draft resolution is called 1275 graduation memorandums - start-up institution/graduation memorandum - patent. The project promise is the leading program for the formation of other incubated students in the incubator.
