Pursuant to the Official Gazette issued on 11 Sha’ban 1425H corresponding to September 26, 2004 and by virtue of the ministerial decision dated 8 Rajab 1425H corresponding to August 24, 2004, which aims to determine the administrative organization of the university directorate, the college, the institute, the university annex and their common interests and their tasks.

The Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events is responsible for the following:

  • Promoting the university’s relations with its social and economic environment and initiating partnership programs.

  • Taking all necessary initiatives to promote inter-university exchange and cooperation in the fields of education and research.

  • Carrying out animation and communication activities.

  • Organizing and promoting scientific events.

  • Ensuring the follow-up of programs for improving the level and updating information for professors and ensuring their consistency.

Structures and Departments : 

The Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events includes the following services:

  • Service for Cooperation and Inter-University Exchange, Cooperation and Partnership.
  • Service for Animation, Communication and Scientific Events.

Service for Cooperation and Inter-University Exchange, Cooperation and Partnership

  • Head of Department :
This department is responsible for the following tasks :
 1. Preparing national and international agreement projects, and following up on their signing procedures.
2. Initiatives to involve the university in cooperation programs (CMEP, Erasmus, etc.).
3. Procedures related to university-related communication networks.

Service for Animation, Communication and Scientific Events

  • Head of Department :
In general, the tasks of the Statistics and Forecasting Service can be summarized as follows :
1. Ensuring the organization of each scientific event.
2. Launching animation initiatives.
3. Organizing and following up on training courses to improve the level abroad.
4. Informing all professors, students, administrative and technical staff about the events following the university life.
