**4. Content and Context of Training:**
Islam is currently the second-largest religion in the world (1.57 billion Muslims) and is the state religion of Algeria. It is also one of the most developed religions globally. Sharia is the most widespread approach due to its application in legal matters. The Master’s program in Sharia and Law aims to provide human resources capable of supporting Sharia and law approaches at the academic and legal application levels (training qualified personnel in Sharia and law).
**5. Objectives of the Training:**
To understand Islamic law and doctrine, and to grasp the methodology of Islamic legislation. The Master’s in Sharia and Law aims to equip students with crucial knowledge in Islamic jurisprudence and analyze Islamic religion to derive legal practices. Objectives include:
