**4- Content and Context of the Program:**
This program aims to qualify psychologists who will work in the job market, equipping students with the necessary tools to effectively address issues related to work, such as human resources management, competency assessment, career counseling, occupational health and safety, work organization, and managing organizational change. It prepares psychologists to work in “human resources” roles in both the public and private sectors, as well as in industrial and other sectors, including staff management, training departments, consultancy firms, rehabilitation centers, and workplace conditions services.
**5- Objectives of the Program:**
The program in Work Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Human Resources Management aims to deepen knowledge and develop competencies primarily related to the specialization program, which includes labor legislation, human resources management and training, job analysis and communication, social psychology and organizational management, work-related psychopathology, negotiation and social relations, promotions and classifications, and the legal and economic context.
