Department of Common Core Technology, University of M’sila

was established in 1985 to serve as a cornerstone for shaping the engineers of the future across various engineering disciplines. The department provides its students with a solid scientific foundation, enabling them to confidently pursue their preferred specializations in the university’s engineering faculties.


The department serves as a gateway to a wide range of engineering disciplines, including the LMD system specializations: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Irrigation, Renewable Energy, and Environmental Engineering. Students continue their studies in these disciplines for one year, spanning two semesters

And the long-term State Engineer programs include Electrotechnics, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, with a study duration of two years of training.

 

The department is distinguished by its flexibility in specialization choice, allowing students to select their final major after completing the preparatory year in the common core program, based on their interests and academic preferences.
