Director of the Institute

According to Executive Decree No. 03-278, dated 24th Jumada al-Thani 1424, corresponding to 23rd August 2003, which defines the university’s tasks and the rules governing its organization and operation, particularly Articles 61 and 62, the Institute’s Board of Directors was elected and formed with the following responsibilities:

  • Prospects for the development of the Institute, programming training and research operations for the Institute.

  • Prospects for national and international scientific cooperation.

  • Programming continuous training activities, improving levels, and updating knowledge.

  • The Institute’s budget proposal.

  • The proposal for the human resources management plan of the Institute.

  • Proposals for contracts, study agreements, consultancy services, and other services provided by the Institute.

  • Management of the Institute.

  • The annual activity report of the Institute.

  • The Board examines and proposes any measures that would improve the Institute and encourage the achievement of its goals, and it expresses its opinion on any issue presented to it by the Institute’s Director.
