This morning, a memorial service was held at the Institute of Urban Techniques Management at the University of M’sila for the late Professor Mohamed Mili, the former director of the institute, under the supervision of:

Vice-President of the University for Pedagogy, Professor Bisar Abdel-Mouttaleb
Director of the Institute of Urban Techniques Management, Professor Ben Khaled Al-Hajj
The memorial service comes in recognition and remembrance of the qualities of the late Professor Mohamed Mili and what he offered to the university, in the presence of the family and friends of the deceased and the students of the institute. On this occasion, the institute’s library was named after the late Professor Mohamed Mili.
