University of M’sila Hosts Regional Symposium on the Role of Judicial Officer
Today, the Abdelmadjid Allahom Lecture Hall at the University of M’sila hosted the regional symposium on the role of the judicial officer in light of the new amendments in Law 13/23, which modifies and supplements Law 03/06 regulating the profession of the judicial officer. The symposium was inaugurated by the Wali of the province, Mr. Nadjm Eddine Tayyar, alongside the Public Prosecutor of the M’sila Judicial Council, Mr. Faical Ben Daasse, and the university president, Professor Ammar Boudelaa, as well as the President of the Regional Chamber of Judicial Officers of the Central Region, with the presence of the M’sila justice community.
Additionally, the Public Prosecutor read a message from the Minister of Justice, Keeper of Seals, Mr. Abderrachid Tabi, to the attendees. In his message, the Minister praised the ongoing reforms in the justice sector and the enhancement of the proficiency of judicial officers in Algeria.
