Documentation for each foreign certificate subject to recognition requests must be provided by the relevant authority (ministry, university presidency, etc.) or a competent service in the issuing country, and certified by the Algerian consular services abroad.

Documents for the application for equivalence of foreign degrees and academic ranks, as specified by Ministerial Decision No. 1260 dated December 20, 2015, must be submitted exclusively online through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s website.
