
Organizing the fourth training session for the year 2025 under the title of the employee disciplinary system
As part of the Administrative Skills Development Program, the Sub-Directorate of Personnel and Training at Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila, under the supervision of Mayor Rima, organized the fourth training session of 2025 in Lecture Hall 1 at the Institute of Urban Technology Management.
The session focused on the “Employee Disciplinary System,” and was led by Professor Saad Laghlib.
This session aimed to provide participants with the following knowledge:
An introduction to the legal and regulatory framework.
A clarification of rights and obligations.
An explanation of the types of professional misconduct.
The applicable disciplinary procedures.
Promoting a culture of discipline and responsibility.
An explanation of the role of joint committees.
Developing the skills of managers and supervisors.
Preventing professional misconduct.
The session was very well received by the participating employees.
