Department of Law

The Institute of Legal and Administrative Sciences was established during the 1997/1998 academic year as an entity affiliated with the University Center of M’sila. Following the issuance of Executive Decree No. 01/274 on September 18, 2001, the institute was transformed into the Faculty of Law within the University of M’sila. As part of academic development and in line with the LMD system (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate), a Criminal Law specialization was introduced in the 2008/2009 academic year, followed by a Private Law specialization in 2012/2013.
