About the Library
The library was opened in 2001 and was a branch of the central library when the faculties were established at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila. In 2006, it became affiliated with the Faculty of Human Sciences and Social Sciences, located on the first floor of the university’s central library. In 2012, it became independent after the split of the Faculty of Human Sciences and Social Sciences into two faculties, becoming known as the Library of the Faculty of Arts and Languages. Although the library is young, it has quickly become one of the most important libraries in the university, both in terms of its documentary collection and its capacity. It is staffed by a team of specialized librarians with extensive experience in the field. The library has been fully computerized and computers are used in all direct and indirect library operations.

The new library building was opened in 2003 and consists of:
- Ground floor: This includes a storage room for books of interest to students and teachers in the field of specialization, with two internal offices and a lobby to receive students and teachers.
- First floor: This includes a reading room with a thesis room and an administrative office.
