In preparation for financial compensation for the research projects of the 2024 fiscal year, the Vice Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research, and External Relations informs all professors heading approved research projects (PRFU) for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 that they are required to submit the following documents for each member – in (4) copies:
1. The latest decision on rank
2. A canceled postal check
3. A certified declaration from the municipality affirming that no financial grants have been received under any research project except within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mohamed Boudiaf University – M’Sila (to be downloaded from the faculty’s website)
4. A research contract form for all project members is available at the Research Activities Monitoring Department for signing. As for members from outside the faculty, in addition to the above documents, they must also submit:
– Authorization from the dean of their affiliated faculty to participate in a research team at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mohamed Boudiaf University – M’Sila.
**Important Notes:**
– The final deadline for signing the research contracts by all members is: 2024/10/15.
– The final deadline for submitting and signing the documents through the project head is: 2024/10/16.
– Any delay in completing the aforementioned procedures will be the responsibility of the project head.
