A minute of silence was observed on the occasion of the events of October 17, 1961

Today, Thursday, October 17, 2024, the Director of the Institute, the Secretary-General, and a group of the Institute’s employees and students observed a minute of silence in respect of the souls of the martyrs of the massacres of October 17, 1961, which took place in the French capital, Paris, on the banks of the Seine River.
