Announcement For Students Promoted with Debts (Deficiencies)

We inform the second and third-year License (Bachelor’s) students, as well as the second-year Master’s students, who are registered for the 2025-2026 academic year and have been promoted with debts (failed modules), that they must approach the Department Administration Offices and the Common Core Division during the period extending from Monday, December 10, 2025, until Wednesday, December 17, 2025, to register their names in preparation for taking the relevant debt exams.

Note:

• Bring your transcripts from previous years to confirm the modules for which you need to take exams.

• Students who fail to complete the registration process during the aforementioned period will be automatically excluded from taking the debt exams and will not be granted a second opportunity for registration, as the process is fundamentally linked to the inclusion of students’ names in the PROGRES platform.
