Public Institutions and Administrations wishing to enroll in this training must contact the Training Center located at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences to submit the training file according to the deadlines specified below.
Components of the Training File

Request for Training Organization (must include the postal address, telephone, and fax numbers) signed by the Director of the Institution.

Decision or Decree concerning the opening of the pre-promotion training session for the ranks concerned.

Written Opinion of the Public Service regarding the Decision or Decree concerning the opening of the pre-promotion training session.

Copy of Table No. 4 of the Annual Human Resources Management Plan for the year 2025, approved.

Minutes of the Final Deliberations in case of a professional examination, or the Minutes of the Joint Committee in case of optional promotion.

Nominal List of Trainees (including full name and date of birth), prepared in Excel format, along with a CD.

Agreement Concluded Between the Two Institutions (6 copies) signed by the Authorizing Officer, downloadable from the official website of the Faculty.

Training Schedule

Deadline for Receiving Files: Starting from December 7, 2025, until December 25, 2025 (final deadline).

Training Session Starts: The training session will take place starting from January 25, 2026, at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of M’sila.
Note: No training file will be accepted without a signed agreement, or if sent by mail, or if submitted outside the deadlines specified above.
