Opening of the Eighth (8th) Session for University Habilitation
The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all lecturers (Category B) and research professors (Category B) of the opening of the eighth (8th) session for university habilitation.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of Executive Decree No. 08-13 of May 3, 2008, concerning the Basic Law for Professor-Researchers, as amended and supplemented, and Article 57 of Executive Decree No. 08-131 of May 3, 2008, concerning the Basic Law for Permanent Researchers, as amended and supplemented, Associate Professors (Category B) and Research Professors (Category B) who meet the legal eligibility requirements stipulated in Executive Decree No. 21-1500 of January 28, 2021, which specifies the conditions and procedures for obtaining university accreditation, as well as the provisions of Decision No. 804 of July 14, 2021, as amended and supplemented, which specifies the procedures for implementing the provisions relating to obtaining university accreditation, may submit their applications exclusively via the digital platform “Progres” using their professional electronic accounts at the following link:
