Announcement regarding Google Scholar accounts for professors and PhD students
As part of the University’s Visibility Improvement and Ranking Enhancement Unit’s efforts to ensure the accuracy of information related to the University’s scientific output in various international databases, faculty members and doctoral students are requested to:
Review the list of scientific works attributed to you on the website https://scholar.google.com
Confirm your actual authorship of these works
Delete any works that do not belong to you
Keep only the works you actually contributed to
Add any published scientific works that belong to you and are not listed on the website
This must be done before Thursday, November 6, 2025.
We draw your attention to the fact that scientific works falsely attributed to you negatively impact the University’s ranking and credibility in international databases, potentially leading to its exclusion from global rankings.
We would also like to inform you that attributing works that do not belong to you is a violation of academic integrity and ethics. Should it be proven that works are falsely attributed to you, the University will be compelled to take the necessary legal and administrative measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
We thank you for your cooperation and your keenness to support the university’s efforts to improve its ranking.
