Announcement Regarding PRFU Research Projects
We kindly ask the heads of approved PRFU research projects for the years 2020-2021-2022-2023 to submit the contracts for the research team members in four printed copies for each member. The contracts should be signed by the contracting member (with the statement “I have read and agreed”) and endorsed by the project head.
Note: Please fill out the contracts carefully and with accurate information. The sections highlighted in yellow are for administrative use only.
Students are not required to sign contracts.
For members from outside the faculty, please include the following:
Certificate of non-affiliation with any other research project + authorization to join the research project mentioned in the 2023 contract.
Certificate of not being on leave of absence, secondment, long-term sick leave, or long-term training during 2023.
Copy of the last promotion decision + a cancelled postal check.
Files should be submitted to the office of the Deputy Dean in charge of scientific research. Please note that the final deadline is 2023/10/22.
