Announcement regarding scientific events for the year 2026

Dear Professors, We remind you that the proposed international scientific events for 2026 are subject to the conditions set forth in the appendix attached to the correspondence of the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 595/A.E./2025 dated May 19, 2025 (copy attached).

Therefore, you are kindly requested to:

Inform the heads of international scientific events of the necessity of adhering to the contents of the correspondence.

Send the file requested by the faculty administration to the Vice-Directorate of External Relations – Office of Scientific Events (Office No. 27).

For the 2026 international scientific events:

Two (02) copies of the scientific event organization form (attached).

An extract from the minutes of the faculty’s scientific council.

Preamble to the event in Arabic and English.

By October 15, 2025.

After receiving complete applications, the administration will forward them to the relevant thematic research agencies (files that do not meet the requirements specified in the above-mentioned correspondence will not be forwarded).

For the 2026 National Scientific Events:

Submit the following file:

One (01) copy of the scientific event organization form (attached)

An extract from the minutes of the faculty’s scientific council.
The preamble to the event in Arabic and English.

By November 15, 2025.

Attached is the list of scientific events proposed by you for 2026, which has been approved by the university’s scientific council.
