Collective Authorship: Entrepreneurship Education in the Field of Social and Human Sciences
Abstract:
This paper explores the interactive relationship between entrepreneurial education and
psychology, focusing on the psychological factors influencing the formation of
entrepreneurial intentions among students. It highlights the role of personality traits such as
internal locus of control, risk tolerance, emotional intelligence, and the need for achievement
as critical factors in entrepreneurial success. Additionally, it addresses key psychological
challenges like fear of failure, risk aversion, and resistance to change, while proposing
practical strategies to overcome them through the integration of positive psychology into
educational curricula. The study also reveals the latest trends in entrepreneurial education,
such as project-based learning, the use of digital technologies, and partnerships with the
industrial sector. It emphasizes the importance of considering individual differences and the
learning environment when designing programs. The findings demonstrate the urgent need to
enhance the integration of psychology and entrepreneurial education, as this synergy can
develop a generation of psychologically and practically qualified entrepreneurs.
These individuals would be capable of leading the transition toward a knowledge-
based and innovation-driven economy.
