MSP Scholarship for the Middle East and North Africa Region 2025-2026.

The Vice-Directorate of External Relations, Cooperation, Activities, and Scientific Events at M’sila University announces that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an invitation to apply for the 2025-2026 MSP Scholarship Program, offered by the IHE Delft Water Institute in the Netherlands.
