National Tree-Planting Campaign – 25 October 2025
As part of the national tree-planting campaign supervised by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences organized a tree-planting event this morning in the vicinity of the faculty. The event was held under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Khatim Mohamed El Eid, and in the presence of the University Vice-Rector for Foresight, Professor Aïd Lemine, along with faculty members, administrative staff, workers, and students.🌿 This initiative falls within the national efforts aimed at enhancing forest resources and promoting environmental awareness within the university environment, in addition to fostering a culture of environmental citizenship and collective responsibility in preserving the surroundings.
🌿 On this occasion, a symbolic tree was planted in the name of Professor Nouibat Abdelkader, in honor and recognition of his rich academic and professional career, on the occasion of his retirement. The event took place in an atmosphere marked by respect, appreciation, and gratitude.
✨ At the end of the event, the Faculty Administration extended its sincere thanks and appreciation to all participants in this campaign, commending the efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in promoting the values of afforestation and environmental preservation. The faculty also reaffirmed its continuous commitment to actively contributing to national initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable development.
