After the meeting held with the University Rector on Thursday, June 13, 2024, starting at nine in the morning in the meeting room of the General Secretariat, the meeting concluded with the following outcomes regarding publication:
1- The points, minutes of deliberations, and meeting invitations for students and professors, as well as the weekly teaching programs, are published on the DWS website. Then the link is copied and sent to the website administrator at the institute, who in turn publishes the link on the official website of the institute and sends the link to the person in charge of the media cell at the university level.
3- It is not permitted to publish points or minutes of deliberations directly on social media platforms
4- Invitations for the Scientific Council, the Board of Directors, directorate meetings or department meetings, and the minutes of all councils and meetings are published on the institute’s official website only.
5- All archives of the institute’s old official website will be transferred to the new website, provided that the process ends on July 15, 2024.
