Duties of the Faculty Board of Directors

According to Executive Decree No. 03-279 of August 23, 2003, as amended and supplemented by Executive Decree No. 06-343 of September 27, 2006:

Article 38: The Faculty Board of Directors provides opinions and recommendations on the following matters:

  • Prospects for the development of the faculty.

  • Planning of training and research activities within the faculty.

  • Prospects for national and international scientific cooperation.

  • Planning of continuing education, professional development, and knowledge renewal.

  • Draft budget of the faculty.

  • Draft human resources management plan for the faculty.

  • Draft contracts, study agreements, expertise, and service provision by the faculty.

  • Management of the faculty.

  • Annual report on the faculty’s activities.

The Board also reviews and proposes any measures that may improve the faculty’s functioning, promote its objectives, and provides opinions on any matters presented by the Dean.
