Following a letter from the Chief of Staff, which included an invitation to our sector to prevent pedagogical and research institutions, including professors and permanent researchers, from cooperating with Bulgarian researcher Ruslan Mitkov Vakov, a specialist in linguistics and language programming, who previously participated in a scientific event organized by the University of Algiers 2 on May 7 and 8, 2025, at the Translation Institute.
