The discussion (defense) of the Doctor of Science thesis of the student Din Shoaib

Today, Wednesday  to 07/01/2026, at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in M’sila, the student Dean Shoaib defended his Doctor of Science (PhD) thesis, entitled:

“Some Elements of Organizational Culture and Their Relationship with the Level of Occupational Stress and Job Satisfaction among Employees in Sports Institutions – A Field Study of Administrative Staff at the Directorate of Youth and Sports and Some Sports Complexes in the Provinces of Adrar and Béchar.”

The defense was conducted before the examination committee composed of:
