
The event was opened by the Vice Dean of the Faculty in charge of pedagogy, Dr. Daoud Kamal, as well as the head of the academic program, who both introduced the objectives of the orientation day and emphasized its importance in the students’ academic journey.
The event was also attended by the Vice Dean in charge of external relations and scientific research, along with representatives from the Departments of Law and Political Science, as well as several faculty members.
On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty, Pr. Faouaz Ladjlat, delivered a welcoming speech in which he highlighted the efforts made by the faculty staff to receive the new students, as well as the mobilization of all material and human resources to serve the students and ensure a supportive environment for their studies.
In turn, the President of the Faculty’s Scientific Council, Pr. Ouali Abdelatif, encouraged the students to fully engage in their academic training, to make the most of the opportunities offered, and to strive for excellence throughout their university journey.

Throughout this welcoming day, several key topics were addressed, including: the university education system, the specific aspects of university life, academic guidance and support, available training paths and specializations, the conditions for progression between academic levels and years, as well as disciplinary procedures and students’ rights and responsibilities.
The orientation and information day witnessed a large turnout of the concerned students, who showed great interest in the explanations provided by the participating professors.
