Transfer (Within the Framework of the Regional Mobility for the East)

We inform students enrolled (without debt) in the second- and third-year Bachelor’s programs, who wish to study a major or specialization (not available) at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila, that they can submit their applications online only using the following link:

Applications can be submitted from Sunday, September 7, 2025, to Thursday, September 11, 2025, until 12:00 PM as the final deadline, for transfer (within the framework of the Regional Mobility for the East) for the 2025–2026 academic year.
