Transition Ceremony for Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research
On Wednesday, August 28, 2024, the handover ceremony took place in the meeting room of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. The ceremony marked the transfer of responsibilities between Dr Guegui Bachir, the former Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Pr Abdelmouhcene Sengouga, who has been assigned the role of Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research. During the same meeting, the handover of responsibilities also took place between Pr Abdelmouhcene Sengouga, the former Head of the Mathematics Department, and Dr Saad Abdelkebir, who has been assigned the role of Head of the Mathematics Department.
The handover ceremony was overseen by Pr Mahmoud Hasbaia, the Vice President of the University for Scientific Research, and Pr Ibrahim Nouiri, the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, in the presence of the administrative and academic staff, including the Vice Dean for Studies and Student Affairs, the Heads of Departments, the Secretary General of the Faculty, as well as several professors and department heads.
On behalf of the faculty, the Dean extends his gratitude to Dr Guegui Bachir for all his significant efforts in advancing the faculty in both research and administration since he assumed the position of Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research. We also wish Pr Abdelmouhcene Sengouga and Dr Saad Abdelkebir success in their new roles.
