University of M’sila Embraces a Study Day on Leishmaniasis Organized by Pasteur Institute
The Ibn Al-Haytham Lecture Hall at M’sila University hosted a study day this morning on leishmaniasis and disease vectors, organized by the M’sila Pasteur Institute Annex.
The study day was inaugurated by the Director General of the Pasteur Institute, the Director of the Wilaya Health Directorate, and the Director of M’sila University, Professor Amar Boudelaa. It was attended by doctors and paramedical practitioners in preventive medicine.
Dr. Nawal Adika of the Pasteur Institute of Algeria gave a presentation on the evolution of the epidemiological situation in Algeria, the foci of its spread, and the latest studies on the mechanisms of transmission of the disease.
