We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the Russian Government Scholarship for the academic year 2026-2027.
For clarification, this program is available exclusively to students enrolled in the final year of a Master’s (M2) or Engineering (I5) degree who wish to pursue doctoral studies in Russia.
We kindly request that you nominate a maximum of two (2) outstanding candidates in each of the following research specializations:
· Quantum Information (Mathematics, Computer Science)
· Quantum Physics
· Artificial Intelligence
· Cybersecurity
· Nanotechnology
· Autonomous Systems
· Arts
Due to the deadlines set by the DCEU, applications must be submitted exclusively digitally via the digital platform http://cruest2.univ-setif.dz by Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
