We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for doctoral scholarships in Russia for the 2026-2027 academic year.
This program is designed for students enrolled in their second year of a Master’s program (M2) and those enrolled in the fifth cycle of engineering studies (I5) who wish to pursue doctoral studies in Russia.
Required specializations:
1. Quantum Informatics (Mathematics, Computer Science)
2. Quantum Physics
3. Artificial Intelligence
4. Cybersecurity
5. Nanotechnology
6. Autonomous Systems
Required documents:
1. Application form (available at the faculty)
2. Copy of high school diploma transcript
3. Registration/re-registration certificates for all five years of university study
4. Transcripts for the first four years of study
* (L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4 for universities and university centers)
* Or (CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for higher schools)
5. Certificate of the candidate’s ranking within their cohort (signed by the Dean of the Faculty, the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy, or the Vice-Rector for Postgraduate Studies)
6. Certificate of the student’s “star” grade (form available at the faculty level)
Note: All those who meet the application requirements should submit their applications to their respective faculty department.
Date and Location for Submitting Applications:
Complete applications must be submitted to the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations no later than Monday, November 10, 2025.
