Quality Management System Project Implementation Follow-up Meeting
As part of the ongoing effort to enhance university performance to ISO 9001 standards, the Faculty of Arts and Languages held a pivotal meeting of its Quality Assurance Sub-Unit on Monday, March 9, 2026. The meeting focused on monitoring the implementation of the Quality Management System project in accordance with international requirements.
Key points of the meeting included:
_Joining the sub-unit and committing to the quality policy adopted by the University of M’sila.
_A presentation on the progress of the ISO 9001:2015 project at both the central and sub-unit levels.
_Distributing tasks and responsibilities among members to ensure the smooth operation of the field.
_Defining the faculty’s roadmap for the upcoming period.
_Reviewing the student handbook for the Quality Management System and preparing an awareness campaign about the system for students across the faculty.
