On Thursday, April 23, 2026, the Institute of Urban TechniquesManagement held the closing ceremony for its pedagogical days, organized by the Vice-Rectorate of the University from April 21 to 23. The event concluded under the patronage of the University Rector, Professor Amar Boudlaa, and the supervision of the Institute Director, Professor Rejem Ali. Also in attendance were the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy, Professor Noureddine Chikouche, the Vice-Rector for Planning and Foresight, Professor Aaid Lamine, the Institute’s administrative and teaching staff, and a number of professors, students, and employees.
During the event, Professor Rahman Ali from Setif 1 University delivered a valuable lecture, followed by welcoming remarks from the Institute Director and the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy. The ceremony concluded with a speech by the University Rector, who commended the efforts made and thanked the entire Institute community, as well as the university community, for the success of the event. In conclusion, the University President, Professor Ammar Boudlaa, and his entourage honored:
– Professor Rahmani Ali
– Retired professors from the Institute
– Members of the Institute’s Visual Arts Committee
– Outstanding students in the workshop
– Students distinguished in drawing and Arabic calligraphy
– Students who won the chess tournament. Finally, a salute of respect and appreciation to all members of the Institute of Urban Techniques Management for their tremendous efforts before and during these scientific, intellectual, sporting, and artistic events.
