The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received offers for two scholarships for Master’s and PhD programs, as follows:
Scholarship 1:
The Nailekhanim Foundation University Scholarship is for outstanding female students wishing to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree. Applications must be submitted by June 30, 2026, by sending the complete application file to the following email address: admissions@khazar.org
Registration is done through the online platform via the following link, by clicking the “Apply” button:

Scholarship 2:
This scholarship is based on merit and is open to all students. Applications must be submitted by August 31, 2026.
Upon completion of registration for the program, a copy of the registration file must be submitted to the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations.
