The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has announced the opening of applications for its Master’s scholarship program (ABE Initiative) for employees under 40 years of age, starting April 1, 2027.
Digital applications must be submitted to the online platform cruest2.univ-setif.dz no later than Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM, to allow for printing and submission to the relevant ministry before September 1, 2026.
