As part of the implementation of the Algerian-Tunisian program for higher education and scientific research, and pursuant to correspondence from the Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchange, scholarships have been allocated to Algerian students wishing to pursue a PhD thesis at Tunisian universities for the 2026-2027 academic year.

🔹 Mathematics
🔹 Computer Science
🔹 Artificial Intelligence
🔴 Eligibility Criteria:
🔹 The candidate must rank among the top three students in their cohort.
🔹 The candidate must be a graduate of the 2025-2026 academic year.
🔴 The application dossier (in both hard copy and digital formats) must include the following documents:
🔹 A copy of the Baccalaureate transcript.
🔹 Copies of university academic transcripts.
🔹 A copy of the Bachelor’s degree.
🔹 A copy of the Master’s degree.

PhD thesis proposal.
🔹 Copy of the passport’s first page.
🔹 Copy of the Master’s thesis.
Application files must be submitted to the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations no later than September 16, 2026.
