**#Regarding_the_Handling_of_Special_Cases**
The Directorate of University Education for Higher Education in the First and Second Cycles, Continuous Education, Certificates, and Higher Education in Graduation at Mohamed Boudiaf University – M’sila, informs that the handling of special cases will begin from September 2 to September 10, 2024, through a special electronic platform according to the following cases:
1. **#Requests_for_Reintegration:**
– **1.1 #Beneficiaries_of_Training_Suspension:** This concerns students who have benefited from a training suspension (academic leave) during the 2023-2024 academic year and are requesting reintegration for the 2024-2025 academic year.
– **1.2 #Students_Dropped_from_Training:** This concerns students who have dropped out of training and meet the conditions for applying the LMD system, according to Decision 171 dated February 9, 2023, and Decision 1023 dated July 25, 2023, which specify the conditions for registration and re-registration in training programs for obtaining Bachelor, Master, State Engineer, and Architect degrees, as well as the organization, evaluation, and progression methods.
2. **#Registrations_for_Baccalaureate_before_2024:** This concerns the following cases:
– **2.1 #Baccalaureate_Not_Registered:** Those who obtained the Baccalaureate before 2024 and have not made any university registration since obtaining it.
– **2.2 #Baccalaureate_Registered_But_No_Degree_Obtained:** Those who obtained the Baccalaureate before 2024, registered at a university, and exhausted the permissible study years (five years) according to the conditions for applying the LMD system, as per Decision 171 dated February 9, 2023, and Decision 1023 dated July 25, 2023.
– **2.3 #Baccalaureate_With_Degree_Obtained:** Those who obtained the Baccalaureate before 2024, have earned a university degree with it, and have completed five years since graduation.
**Note:** Registration will be according to the pedagogical conditions and minimum averages required to enroll in the field or specialization of training for the year of obtaining the Baccalaureate and within the limits of available pedagogical seats.
3. **#Cancellation_of_Registration:** Concerns students wishing to cancel their registration (withdraw their academic file).
**Note:** All requests must be made through the electronic platform from September 2 to September 10, 2024, as the final deadline.
