The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that it has received an invitation from the French Embassy in Algeria to submit applications, as part of the French Institute of Algeria’s call for proposals for scholarships under the “Jean Senac” program.
The French Institute will offer six doctoral scholarships to Algerian students enrolled in the first or second year of their thesis at an Algerian university. These scholarships provide the opportunity for academic mobility under a joint supervision system. Successful candidates will receive 18 months of doctoral mobility scholarships, in addition to 12 months of scholarships spread over 36 months for joint supervision. The scholarships are available in the following fields:
– French Language Teaching (Didactique du français)
– French and Francophone Literature (Littérature française et francophone)
– Linguistics (Sciences du langage)
Note: The call for applications is open to Algerian students from Sunday, May 5, until June 23, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (Algiers time).
