Professional exams were held for the benefit of local community executives who came from different municipalities of the country. This was on Friday and Saturday, November 08/09, 2024, at the Institute of Urban Technology Management at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’Sila. The director in charge of managing the affairs of the institute, Dr. Ben Khaled El Haj, and the administrative staff supervised the smooth running of the exams and provided all the appropriate conditions for the candidates who expressed their satisfaction with the good reception. More than 20 professors were mobilized to ensure the success and supervision of the process. As for the number of candidates, it amounted to 130 candidates who came from 85 municipalities and 20 states. Good luck to all
